Marsupunch (Japanese : カンガアマ Kangaama ) is a dual-type Fighting /Ground Pokémon.
It evolves from Boxeroo starting at level 16, and evolves into Kankombat starting at level 36.
Along with Telefrog and Kousetsu , Marsupunch is one of the second forms of the starter Pokémon given to you by Professor Sakura .
Biology [ ]
Physiology [ ]
Marsupunch are taller, marsupial-like creatures that resembles joeys. Their fur is brown in coloration, sans the red pouch on their torso. The insides of Marsupunch's long ears are a similar hue. Marsupunch also have a scruff of white fur around their necks, which almost resembles an ascot.
Marsupunch appears as though they have sustained injuries; a thin scar stretches across Marsupunch's eye, and a white bandage is plastered on the bridge of their snout. In addition, Marsupunch has a scrunched up tail. Marsupunch are bipedal. While their paws resemble large mitts, their clawless brown feet end in three, round toes. The paws are incredibly tough, and are used to administer quick jabs at their opponent.

Marsupunch have no gender differences.
Behavior [ ]
Marsupunch are scrappy Pokémon. Their desire to seek fights with other Marsupunch is aided by the species' short temper. It takes little to cause a fight between two or more of them. Marsupunch gets into fights often, to the point where they may neglect their own injuries in favor of battling. Marsupunch sees this more as a point of honor. They flaunt visible injuries such as their scars to impress fellow Marsupunch. Somewhat inevitably, their sense of pride just results in more fighting over whose scars are more impressive.

Marsupunch is not native to the region, but it is believed they live on open, arid planes.
